How does the pause feature work?
After subscribing to a month plan, sometimes you may not have design work to fill up the entire month – that’s when pause feature can come in handy. Here’s how it works: our billing cycle is 31 days. If you’ve used 20 days and decide to pause, the clock stops there. You’ll still have 11 days of service saved to use whenever you’re ready to resume. Note: unused service days in a month, expires at the end of subsequent month. Like, if you have unused 10 days in January, you can used them in February, or they will expire at the last day of February.
